It has become my favorite 3/8" ratchet because of the comfortable feel it has in my hand while in use. After attaching the air hose to the tool, the tool would only hiss-no turning. I used a light rap on the work bench and it whirred into action. I dismantled a VW Beetle engine block with a lot of help from this tool. It really helped save my knuckles, and had surprising power. I mostly used it on 13 mm nuts and bolts, some which have been installed since 1973. It never bogged down. The ratchet is healvily made and seems well built. It had enough mass to prevent it from torqueing out of my hands or pushing my knuckles into the side of the engine case. I am pleased with the tool.
